INEC issues certificate of return to governors-elect
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has issued certificates of return to governors and assembly members-elected in just concluded elections.
INEC issued certificates of return to governors and assembly members elect in Borno, Oyo, Niger, delta, imo, kwara and Enugu states.
It also issued certificates of return to Edo state assembly members-elect.
