INEC Begins Distribution of Sensitive Materials for Saturday’s Election in Osun

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in Osun State has distributed sensitive materials to various local government areas of the State.

The State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mutiu Agboke supervised the distribution witnessed by representatives of various political parties participating in the election.

While speaking shortly after distributing the materials State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mutiu Agboke said the sensitive materials which include ballot papers and result sheets were customised in batches for easy and quick deployment to various local government areas of the State.

Agboke expressed readiness of the commission and other various stakeholders to ensure a seemless conduct of the election.

The REC assured that lapses noticed during the presidential and the national assembly election have been taken care of.

Also speaking the state Director of NOA Kikelomo Hamid and the representative of the State Commissioner Police dyke charles commended the distribution process.
