Imo: Okorocha warns gov-elect Ihedioha to stop issuing directives to govt bankers
Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha has said that the governor-elect, Emeka Ihedioha has no right to give directives to financial institutions over their dealings with his administration.
The governor expressed this concern in a statement by his chief press secretary, Sam Onwemeodo.
Okorocha cautions Ihedioha to exercise patience and wait till he is sworn-in as there is a government in place until May 29 2019.
He charges financial institutions in the state to disregard the governor-elect’s directive and continue to do the right thing.
