Herdsmen: Lawmaker wants Federal Government to intervene in Plateau killings
A former lawmaker, representing Plateau North senatorial district, Senator Timothy Adudu has called on the federal government to urgently intervene and put an end to the killings of innocent Nigerians in plateau state.
Timothy Adudu made the call while fielding questions from newsmen in Abuja on the recent attacks on farmers and indigenes of plateau state by some suspected Fulani herdsmen.
The attack has led to the loss of lives and farmlands.
The former lawmaker said that any further delay in curbing the menace will amount to serious danger.
Adudu said the problem aggravated because it was not taken care of as at when due.
Timothy Adudu was a senator between 2003-2007 from Plateau state.
