Germany authorities Lashes Criticism on China over Doctors Video

Germany authorities have criticized china over videos of western doctors visiting ailing Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo in hospital.

In a statement by German embassy in Beijing the country accused china of recording the visit against its wishes saying one of the doctors was German.

The statement says that Chinese security services are steering the dissident’s treatment.

Nobel peace laureate, Liu Xiaobo was serving a sentence of 11 years for subversion but was moved from prison to hospital last month with terminal liver cancer.

The Chinese authorities are yet to respond to the German statement.
