FG should organise process to facilitate peoples Constitution – Clarke
A senior advocate of Nigeria, Chief Robert Clarke has called on the federal government to organise a process for a people Constitution.
Clarke, who made the call while speaking with newsmen in Lagos said, there is no need to amend the 1999 constitution, describing the constitution as a rotten egg. The senior lawyer comments come amid heightened calls for the restructuring of Nigeria.
Chief Robert Clarke also noted that there is a need for a referendum in the country to allow Nigerians choose the system of government they want the country to operate.
