Engaging Nigerian youth in leadership training is part of our objectives – US Consulate

The United States says one of the cardinal objectives of its diplomatic policies is to engage Nigerian youth in leadership training.

Director of public affairs, United States consulate to Nigeria, Darcy Zotter stated this while featuring on a special programme on Adaba FM.

Darcy Zotter informed that designated centres have been identified where the young people would be trained in leadership qualities and attributes across the country.

Zotter also paid a courtesy call on the management of Adaba FM where she sought the support of the media outfit in sustaining United States diplomatic ties with Nigeria.

The general manager of Adaba FM, sir Martins Ayoola assured the consulate of assistance in the area of awareness and public enlightenment on their programmes.

Sir Ayoola commended the United States government for helping Nigeria in protecting its territorial integrity.
