El-Rufai Advocates Establishment of State Police
Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai says decongesting the exclusive list of the Federal Government is the first step to attain true restructuring.
El-Rufai made the comment while fielding questions from newsmen in Abuja.
He said the constitution of Nigeria needs to be amended because a lot has changed in the fundamental, economic and political structure of the country overtime.
The governor also called for the establishment of state police which will help lessen the burden at the federal level.
El-Rufai explained that the position of the federal government has not changed in the devolution of powers.
