Ekiti NMA debunks strike rumour
The Chairman Of the Nigeria Medical Association NMA in Ekiti Dr Babatunde Rosiji has debunked the rumour that doctors in the state are planning to go on strike.
This was Contrary to the report of a Purported strike by the National Association of Residents Doctors in the State.
Dr Rosiji in a phone interview with Adaba FM correspondent Oluwaseun Adebolu said that the rumour was the work of the fifth columnist who planned to instigate the doctors against the Biodun Abayomi Administration
He noted that members of the association had met with government officials on several occasions where government assured them that their welfare would be prioritized.
The NMA chairman in Ekiti said that some mischievous elements misconstrued the press conference held by the association to spread the rumours
Dr Rosiji assured that the doctors are ready to give their maximum services to the people of the state.
