Ekiti Election: Appeal Court To Deliver Judgment Tuesday

The court of Appeal sitting in Ado Ekiti will on Tuesday deliver its judgement on the case filed by the Candidate of Social Democratic Party SDP, chief Segun Oni, challenging the victory of the incumbent governor, the All Progressives Congress Candidate, Mr Biodun Oyebanji in the June 18 Governorship election in the state.

The Appeal court Judgement is coming after the chief Segun Oni expressed his dissatisfaction with the judgement earlier delivered by the election petition tribunal which upheld the victory of Governor Biodun Oyebanji at the poll.

When contacted the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress Mr Segun Dipe and the spokesperson of the Segun Oni’s campaign organization Jackson Adebayo confirmed this to Adaba FM.
