Dasuki: Absence of Judge hurts trial
The trial of former National Security Adviser (NSA), retired Col. Sambo Dasuki in a high court, sitting in Abuja has suffered a setback due to the absence of the presiding judge, Justice Hussein Baba-Yusuf.
The nsa to former president Goodluck Jonathan, was arraigned on a 22- count charge, bordering on diversion, conspiracy, bribery, abuse of office and criminal breach of trust involving n19.4 billion.
Report says the court did not sit but the defendants and their counsel were present in court except Dasuki.
The trial has been adjourned till September the 27th with the consent of all the counsel in the matter.
