Comply with tax laws to make Nigeria Prosperous, Adeosun tells Nigerians
The Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun has said Nigerians must start complying with tax laws to make the nation prosperous.
She stressed that prosperous nations have high levels of tax compliance among citizens.
She said every citizen must come clean to declare what his or her assets incomes are.
The minister reiterated that the federal government would rely heavily on technology to increase tax compliance under the recently launched Voluntary Asset and Income Declarations (VAIDS).
