Breaking: Ondo students shut down Akure-Ilesha highway over ASUU strike
Students in Ondo state have barricaded the Akure-Ilesha highway in Akure, the state capital.
The students are protesting the ongoing ASUU strike which they said has affected their pursuit negatively.
They gathered at the road block area of the state capital.
However, Commissioner of police in Ondo state Oyediran Oyeyemi addressed the students reminding them of the need to protest peacefully.
Oyeyemi assured the students of the police support.
