Assembly Election: Ekiti records poor voters turnout

Low voters turnout were recorded in some place visited today at the ongoing House of Assembly Election in the southern part of Ekiti State.

At some polling units in Ikere, Iṣẹ and Emure local governments areas, the larger percentage of registered voters in the areas failed to turnout for the election in the state.

Those who spoke with Adaba FM said that Ekiti state not participating in Governorship election could be the major reason for the voter apathy.
