Amotekun parades 5 suspected criminals in Ekiti
The Western Security network code name “AMOTEKUN” Ekiti state command has paraded 5 suspects for theft, house breaking, conspiracy and invasion of government property.
The state commandant of the Corp Brig Joe Komolafe RTED, said that three of the suspects Rufai Isiaka, Gbuari Ibrahim and Muanai Yahaya who are members of scrappers Association of Nigeria were apprehended for breaking into the House of Mrs. Modupe Oso of Tinuola area of Ado Ekiti.
Brig. Komolafe said that the suspects were caught while trying to cart away gadgets, including pumping machine and iron sheets they stole.
Also, the command paraded 50-year-old Eniola Oladosu and a 70-year-old Michael Fatokun for invading the abandoned state water corporation office at Okemesi Ekiti and stealing properties in the building.
The Amotekun boss said that the command was on the trail of other accomplices of the suspects who were currently at large.
Brig. Komolafe added that the suspects would be sent to the Nigeria Police force for further prosecution.
