Aramide Ojo Foundation organises ‘Magical Christmas’ party for children in Owo
A non-governmental foundation, the Aramide Ojo Foundation, has organized a party for children and parents across Owo local government area of Ondo state in the spirit of the Christmas and new year celebrations.
The event tagged “Owo Magical Christmas 2022” was held at Aruwajoye hall, Ijebu Owo
The parents and children, cut across social, religious and ethnic lines, took time out to unwind with visits to the Father Christmas Grotto, various social activities and presentation of gifts.
In her address, president and founder of the one year old foundation, Yeye Otunba Aramide Ojo, said the “Owo Magical Christmas 2022” was organized to give a sense of belonging to the less privileged in the society taking into consideration the state of economy.
She added that the event is also to motivate the kids to be better in their respective endeavours.
Describing the foundation as a personal vision, Yeye Ojo said it as her lifelong duty to bless those challenged through the payment of school fees, provision of school supplies, text and exercise books as well as construction of boreholes for schools and orphanages.
Yeye Ojo also highlighted the foundation’s plans to establish an ICT hub next year.
The parents and children present took turns to appreciate the president of Aramide Ojo foundation, Yeye Ojo, for her philanthropic gestures.
