Again, Adeniji obtains APC nomination form to join race for House of Reps
A former member of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Akindele Adeniyi has obtained nomination and expression of interest forms to represent the people of Akure state constituency again.
Adeniyi said he is in the race under the All Progressives Congress (APC) to bring meaningful development to his people.
The former lawmaker expressed optimism that the party leadership would provide a level playing field for all the aspirants in the party.
Mr Adeniyi thanked the state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu for assuring party members of his decision to be neutral.
Adeniyi who is a former vice chairman in Akure North local government, said he would use his experience in the legislative arm to ensure that Akure North is well represented.
Adeniyi, who had represented the constituency in the past, said his people enjoyed his representative style and delivery, hence the reason they were begging him to recontest again.
He said he was well equipped to represent his people well and was the most experienced among his fellow aspirants.
