2023 Poll: Ondo Monarchs Endorse Tinubu For President

Members of the traditional institutions in Ondo south senatorial district has unanimously endorsed the presidential aspirations of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The endorsement was announced today at the venue of the familiarization visit with monarchs in Ondo south senatorial district.

While speaking on behalf of other kings in the district, the Olugbo of Ugbo land Oba Akinruntan said their announcement is made based on the impact of Tinubu in the south west and Nigeria at large.

The monarch said it is imperative to support Asiwaju at the battle to occupy Aso rock come 2023 intensifies.

Asiwaju who could not hide his joy over the pronouncement appreciated the monarchs while promising them of better days if the presidential table turns to his side.

He applauded them for coming out to welcome him and also appealed for a robust support.

Leaders of APC in Ondo south senatorial district and their members were not left out as they all sang praises of Asiwaju and pledged their loyalty.

A former deputy governorship candidate Dr Paul Akintelure said Asiwaju Tinubu is a leader to reckon with hence the large turnout of members.

The visit of the national leader of APC is in continuation of his familiarization tour to traditional institutions ahead 2023 presidential election.
