Brexit: Theresa May to meet German and French leaders

Theresa May is to hold last minute Brexit talks with the leaders of Germany and France four days before the United Kingdom due to leave the European Union.

Mrs. May will meet Angela Merkel in Berlin followed by Emmanuel Macron in Paris, to urge them to back her request to delay Brexit again until June the 30th.

The prime minister will be at an emergency summit on Wednesday when all European Union states will vote on a possible extension of the deal.
