Forces loyal to govt. seize control of largest oil field in Libya
Forces loyal to the Tripoli-Based Government have taken control of the largest oil field in Libya.
Assistant to the Commander of the 30th infantry battalion, Ibrahim Abdullah said he did not expect any confrontations in the oil field because it is well protected.
Abdullah emphasized that the forces are well equipped to protect the oil field.
Conflicting report says forces loyal to the eastern-based government last week have also taken control of the oil field
