Court orders remand of former SGF
Court has ordered the remand of Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal in EFCC custody pending the ruling of the court on his bail application
The Former SGF had pleaded not guilty to the charges of fraud against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The court will rule on his bail application on February 13
