Okorocha says INEC alone can’t conduct credible elections
Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state says INEC alone cannot guarantee credible elections.
The governor spoke in Owerri, the state capital.
He explained that for elections to be credible, security agencies and religious organizations must play critical roles.
Okorocha who also disclosed that he has confidence in INEC insists that president Buhari will win the F
